OnePlus 6T Teased in Amazon India & on TV Ad. Also Leaked.
So the OnePlus 6T is coming soon, too soon I guess. Amazon has put up an official teaser page for OnePlus 6T and OnePlus has started running teaser ads for the phone on TV. The teaser image is what you are seeing in the featured image.
Take a look at the TV ad that someone captured and uploaded to YouTube:
Also, we’ve a leak regarding the phone today, which confirms that the phone isn’t going to come with a triple camera setup as it was previously reported.
Take a look at the leaked image of the back of the phone:
Also the phone shown in the TV ad pretty much confirms that the phone would be looking similar to the OnePlus 6 itself.
Talking about OnePlus 6T, what has been confirmed is the presence of the in display fingerprint scanner and a potential inclusion of water drop notch that we saw from recent Oppo phones like Oppo F9 Pro and Oppo R17 , and also the Vivo V11 Pro.
Other than that, pretty much everything would be remain the same. We can also expect minor upgrades in terms of camera, but don’t be surprised if they didn’t change anything on that front.
Another factor is the price. It would be surprising if OnePlus actually kept the price the same as they did with OnePlus 5T launch.
For now, all we can do now is to wait for the launch and more teasers and also for more leaks.
Honor Magic 2 to be Launched on October 26th
Honor teased the Honor Magic 2 smartphone at the IFA event this year. The handset is speculated to feature a edge-to-edge display and a slide-out panel that houses the front camera and the other sensors. The launch date was a mystery until now, but a new leaked teaser image hints that it maybe launched on October 26.
The teaser shows the effigy of the Magic 2 and it matches with the previously released official teaser. It seems to sport a sliding mechanism that reminds us of the OPPO Find X, but it is rumoured to have a manual slider instead of a mechanical one. A fingerprint on the lower half of the device hints that it may come with an in-screen fingerprint sensor. Unfortunately, it shares no insight in the rear panel which is still a mystery.
As for the specs, there is not much information on the Honor Magic 2 but the handset is confirmed to be powered by a Kirin 980 chipset under its hood. It will be the second smartphone from the company after Huawei Mate 20-series feature the latest HiSilicon Kirin 980 chipset built on 7nm fabrication process. It is rumoured to sport a 6 inch AMOLED display with a resolution of FHD+ (1440 x 2880 pixels) and a screen-to-body ratio above 90%.
There is no other information about the device but the company is expected to launch a official teaser in the coming days.
