Vivo X23 gets Listed on Official Website before Launch!

Vivo is on a roll now, becoming the first smartphone to introduce an in-screen fingerprint sensor with the Vivo X21 and later launching the notch-less Vivo NEX. Now, the Chinese smartphone manufacturer is back with a new smartphone named Vivo X23, a mid-range device that comes with a 91.2% screen-to-body ratio, a teardrop notch that houses the front camera sensor. Previous a hands-on image of the smartphone had appeared online.

The upcoming device comes with a streamlined bezel all around with a little thicker chin at the bottom. It sports AI powered dual rear camera setup and a 3D glass Aurora design that helps to achieve vivid colours from every direction that is reflected from the outer coating. Other than these, there is not much information about the handset but the company promises to reveal the full specs tomorrow August 21 hinting to a presence of an improved under display fingerprint sensor for easy unlocking assisted by a 3D face recognition scanning feature.

From previous reports, the Vivo X23 is reported to feature a 6.4 inch AMOLED display protected with the new Corning Gorilla Glass 6 protection. It will likely to be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 670 or Snapdragon 710 chipset coupled with 8GB of RAM.

The X23 is also said to have a dedicated DAC, for superior audio quality.Vivo is currently accepting reservations but the final price is yet to be confirmed which is expected to be around $465 (Rs 32,500 approx) which will go against upcoming smartphones like Pocophone F1 and Samsungs upcoming mid-range A-series smartphone. As Vivo launched their Vivo X21 earlier in India, we can also expect them to bring this phone soon here in India!
