The upcoming Google Pixel 3 and the Pixel 3 XL are few of the most awaited devices of 2018. They are around just a month away from the official launch in October and fans are excited for the same. We have already witnessed tons of leaks regarding the Pixel 3/3 XL, be it the case designs, CAD renders, leaked images or even the recent unboxing video. Now, its discovered that some stolen shipments of the Pixel 3 XL test units are being sold via the black market in Europe.
The information comes from the guys at 9to5Google and Slashgear which reveals a leaked image of stocks of Pixel 3 XL with a watermark of the Telegram account where the device is being sold for a whopping price of $2000.
The person behind this is reported to be an anonymous Ukrainian seller which looks quite surprising as stealing the test units from the factory is not an easy task or it might be a case as well that the seller got his hands on the Pixel 3 XL through other illegal practices. Additionally, the seller also claims of selling Pixel 2 XL at cheaper rates.
Here is what the seller said while selling these devices in the public Telegram group:
Remains only 3 pcs, Google Pixel 3 XL: I answer immediately to the most popular questions The price is $2000. Payment is possible via PayPal or Bitcoin. The second is preferable because PayPal has a horse commission for international transfers.
Dispatch is made from London via DHL or FedEx. Regarding the purchase, please contact [REDACTED]. Also, I remind you that there is a large amount of Google Pixel 2 XL available at good prices. Please!
Owen Williams- a freelance developer (@ow) claims that the Pixel 3 XL leaked units that are being sold illegally are test units. Further, he mentions that every shipment carries a Google email address, and out of these, some are are “DVT” (Design Validation Testing) units while others are “EVT” (Engineering Validation Testing) units. Also, the software is reported to be dogfood-level which is the initial most firmware, loaded with bugs and is being tested by the company as of now.
There's a bunch of interesting bits here that are quite odd:
1) Every shipment has had a Googler's email address glued to the box
2) Some handsets are "DVT" (Design Validation Testing) and others were "EVT" (Engineering Validation Testing)
3) Software is dogfood-level pic.twitter.com/TNGmVLNXmk

Its still unpredictable how the seller got access to the Pixel 3 XL so early, however, its illegal and one should not deal with black market sellers for the same. Also, given that the news have already been spread, Google might even track and wipe/lock these devices remotely.
Anyways, the launch is nearing soon and Google will be soon officially launching the devices this October. Till then, stay tuned.
Redmi K20 Leaked Poster Reveals it’s Powered by Snapdragon 730!
Xiaomi sub-brand Redmi is all set to launch its first flagship smartphone, the Redmi K20 on May 28. The smartphone is being touted to come with tons of features with an affordable price tag giving a tough competition to recently launched flagships such as the OnePlus 7/OnePlus 7 Pro. The Redmi K20 series will have two smartphones: a regular variant and a Pro variant.
Xiaomi has already confirmed that the K20 will come with the top-of-the-line Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 chipset but didn’t specify whether it stands for either or both of them. Without any doubt, the processor will be powering the Pro variant. Now a new poster has revealed the chipset on the regular non-pro variant.
According to the poster spotted at a Mi store, the Redmi K20 will house a Qualcomm Snapdragon 730 which also powers the Samsung Galaxy A80. The 8nm chipset was announced by Qualcomm back in April with the SD 665 and the SD 730G. The SD 730 is an octa-core chipset with a 2+6 Kyro 460 core arrangement and has Adreno 618GPU, a Hexagon 688 DSP, Qualcomm’s Hexagon Tensor accelerator and a computer vision ISP that allows 4K HDR video recording with bokeh effect.
The poster further confirms the Redmi K20 will feature a full-screen display, a pop-up selfie camera, triple rear camera setup with a 48MP primary camera. There will be a 7th generation in-screen fingerprint scanner along with a 4,000 mAh battery. It will run Android 9 Pie out-of-the-box.

From previous reports, we know the Redmi K20 will be available in Red and Blue color variants. We saw the Red color variant in the official image released by the company. Though many fans have suspected it to be a render, Xiaomi’s director of product management revealed that it is a real photo. Other features of the handset include DC dimming, a 3.5 mm audio jack and Game Mode 2.0.
