A new device in the Note 10 series? Yes, Samsung is on the work of a new device which is Samsung Note 10 Lite. Well, it sounds right? The launch of the device seems to be very close as the support page has gone live yesterday and the device has already passed some necessary certifications. The device will have model number SM-N770F, which is also listed on the official support page, suggesting the launch is near. Now we are having the complete look of the device, thanks to the famous tipster Roland Quandt for the leaked marketing images.
The leaked renders show the device at every angle. The device has a punch hole on the center; The Infinity-O-Display. To the back of the device are three cameras, all of them housed in a square-shaped module where LED flash is also included. The renders clearly show the S Pen, suggesting the stripped-down variant of the Galaxy Note 10 Lite also has Bluetooth-enabled S Pen support. The power and volume buttons are housed on the right edge of the screen. The cameras at the back reportedly include a 48MP main camera, a wide-angle camera, and a macro lens. It is also expected to have a 32MP selfie camera. The marketing images show the Galaxy Note 10 Lite will be available in Black, Silver, and Red color options.
However, the support page doesn’t reveal any other details. Additionally, the Galaxy Note 10 Lite has been certified by the US FCC. The Geekbench listing had already suggested that the device could come powered by the Exynos 9810 SoC which is to be paired with 6GB RAM. The device would run on OneUI 2.0 on the top of Android 10. The renders also show that the device would have a headphone jack which we saw on their latest “A” series of smartphones. They removed it on the Note 10 series.
We don’t know how much it would cost and when it would launch in India. However, some reports suggest that the device would launch later this month. We’ll have to wait and see, whether the reports are true or not.
