We’ve seen lots of Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9+ leaks since the past few months (here’s the previous one). A leak with images of the smartphones from every angle was out recently, and it doesn’t disappoint. Now we’ve got a new leaked Samsung Galaxy S9+ banner.

As we can see, the banner features the Samsung Galaxy S9+ with a 18:9 display. ‘128G’ has been written on the bottom of the phone, so we can expect a 128GB variant for the smartphone. Unfortunately, the leak doesn’t show us the rear side of the device. However, we can see that the banner shows off some kind of Chinese festival.

Furthermore, the Samsung S9 has a single camera on the rear while the S9+ has a dual camera setup on the back. Going on to the software side, the phones will have the Experience 9 UI. Samsung had released the beta recently, and we noticed a lot of improvements and tweaks. You can read about it here.

Samsung has also added the capability of hybrid face detection for the SoC, which might be a response for Apple’s FaceID. The company had filed a patent for a feature named as ‘Intelligent Scan‘. The patent speaks of combining iris sensor and front camera data to create a security system similar to FaceID. Moreover, some hidden code had been discovered in the new Experience 9 UI made for Intelligent Scan. Combine all this information, and we can be sure that Samsung will bring something very similar to Face detection by Apple to these smartphones.

Earlier we have had seen the Samsung Galaxy S9 with the Exynos SOC which had a single core score of 3,648 and a multi-core score of 8,894. But after the entry of the Galaxy S9+, the company created a history. As Samsung Galaxy S9+ scores are beating every Android smartphone that has been launched before.

According to Geekbench score, the Samsung Galaxy S9+ scored a total number of 3,773 on the single score tests and on the multi core tests the device scored a number of 9,024. These score are much more that that of a Snapdragon 845 device.

The scores posted for the Galaxy S9+ for the sake of comparison is in the same region as those posted for the iPhone 8 duo and the iPhone X all of which averages around 4,200 single-core and 10,100 multi-core, it, however, triumphs both the SoC variants of the Galaxy S8 duos and the SD 845 powered Galaxy S9+, so it is safe to assume that the Exynos powered Galaxy S9+ will come with unprecedented improvement is real-life performance.
