Interested ones can register using the “Notify me” button. We expect the phone to retail in offline markets as well.

The Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018) has not one, two, but a total of four rear cameras as its USP, further making it the world’s first smartphone to bear four rear cameras.

Coming to the specs, the device comes with a 6.3-inch full HD+ Super AMOLED display with an aspect ratio of 18.5:9. Under the hood, it is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 SoC clubbed with 6/8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The storage is expandable up to 512GB via microSD card.

As far as the pricing is concerned, according to the source code in listing on Samsung’s official Indian website, the smartphone will come at a price tag of Rs 39,000 which we think is for the higher-end variant with 8/128GB RAM and storage while the 6/128GB model is expected to come at around Rs. 35,000. The device will directly compete with the recently launched OnePlus 6T at that price tag. That being said, stay tuned for the launch event.

Samsung Galaxy M30

Samsung has been struggling in the mid-range smartphone market for a while and was facing stiff competition from Chinese smartphone makers like Huawei and Xiaomi. However, Samsung is now on it’s way back through their M series smartphones which were released in India last month.

Now Xiaomi has left the fans surprised by giving out detailed information about the Triple camera setup on board the Mi 9. They also released camera samples to show the capabilities of the camera.

Along with the details about the camera, Xiaomi also gave some hints about the Mi 9 display along with the upcoming space grey variant of the device. The secondary camera is a 16MP ultra wide sensor capable of capturing 117 degree FOV (Field of View) with f/2.2 aperture and a 6P lens configuration. It is capable of taking 4cm macro shots according to the camera samples. It means that the Mi 9 will be able to focus on objects from just 4cm away without losing the details.
