Talking about the specifications of the device, the Galaxy A20 features a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED Infinity-V display with a resolution of HD+ (1560 x 720 pixels). The device maintains a 19.5:9 aspect ratio. Under the hood, it is powered by an octa-core Exynos 7884 processor. The handset comes with 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB internal storage which can be further expanded to 512GB via a microSD card slot.
The port used in the handset is USB C. The device sports a 3D Glass build and on the front, a water drop shaped notch is present which Samsung calls “Infinity-V display” that houses the front camera.
In the optics department, it sports a dual camera setup at the rear comprising a 13MP primary sensor with f/1.9 aperture and 5MP secondary sensor with f/2.2 aperture. The rear cameras are vertically stacked with the LED flash mounted below the rear cameras. It offers an 8MP camera on the front with f/2.0 aperture.
In terms of software, the handset runs Samsung’s One UI on top of Android 9 Pie. It draws juice from a 4,000 mAh battery which supports fast charging up to 15W. It has a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor and support for Samsung Pay.
The Samsung Galaxy A20 will be available in Red, Blue, and Black color variants. In terms of pricing, the device is priced at Rs.12,490 and will be available from April 8 through Samsung’s e-Store, Flipkart, Amazon, Paytm Mall, and other offline retail stores.
