Samsung A20 Launched in Russia. Comes with 6.4 inch AMOLED Infinity-V display & 4000 mAh battery

Samsung has launched a new smartphone in the A-series in Russia. Dubbed as the Galaxy A20, it is launched alongside the Galaxy A50 and Galaxy A30 smartphones. The device sports a 3D Glass build and a waterdrop notch.

The Galaxy A20 features a 6.4 inch Super AMOLED Infinity-V display with a resolution of HD+ (1560 x 720 pixels). Under the hood, it is powered by an octa-core Exynos 7884 paired with 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage which can be further expanded to 512GB via a microSD card slot.

In the optics department, it sports a dual camera setup at the rear comprising a 13MP primary sensor with f/1.9 aperture and 5MP secondary sensor with f/2.2 aperture. It offers a 8MP camera on the front with f/2.0 aperture. The handset runs Samsung’s One UI on top of Android 9 Pie and is backed by a 4,000 mAh battery. It has a rear mounted fingerprint sensor and support for Samsung Pay.

As for the pricing the Samsung A20 is priced at RUB (Rs 15,000 approx) for the single 3/32GB variant. As for now, the company is yet to announce the device’s availability in India.

The company is also expected to launch the Galaxy A60 on April 19. From recent rumours, it will have a 6.7 inch Infinity-U FHD+ display with an in-screen fingerprint sensor and powered by a SD 6150 chipset which is yet to be announced. It will be paired with 6/8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage.

It will have a triple camera setup of 32MP + 8MP + 5MP configuration and offer a 32MP sensor on the front. It will likely run Samsung’s One UI on top of Android 9 Pie and will be backed by a 4,000 mAh battery.
