Xiaomi has dissappointed all of it’s fans with the last Redmi Note launch, the Redmi Note 6 Pro. But they’re back again with a new Note, the Redmi Note 7 Pro & Redmi Note 7.

Redmi Note 7 Pro

This is the global launch of the Redmi Note 7 Pro, a phone which is yet to launch in China, but has been teased extensively in China.

It comes with a 6.3 inch LTPS LCD Full HD+ display with a dot-notch, as they call it. It also comes with Gorilla Glass 5 protection, both in front and back.

Redmi Note 7 Pro comes with a Snapdragon 675 SoC, which is the fastest SoC in the segment currently. The phone comes in two variants,

The next thing to talk about here is the camera of the phone, the phone comes with a 48MP rear camera (Sony IMX586 sensor), which is a real 48MP sensor, and not the 12MP Pixel binned sensor like the Samsung GM1 sensor we found on Chinese Redmi Note 7. It is accompanied with a 13MP front camera.

The phone will be taking the photos as 12MP images, a pixel binned image from the 48MP on Auto mode. To use the 48MP mode, you have to turn on the Pro mode.

Note 7 Pro is powered by Redmi Note’s hallmark 4000mAh with support for Qualcomm Quick Charge 4.0. Although the phone comes with 10W charger bundled in the box, you can get a QC 3.0 charger from Mi.com or Amazon to charge the phone quickly.

The phone is priced at Rs.13,999 for the 4/64GB variant and Rs.16,999 for the 6/128GB variant. The phone will go on sale from 13th March on Flipkart & Mi.com.
