Today Realme announced Realme X and Realme X Lite in China. And it was also the debut of the brand in China. Realme was the first Chinese brand to debut first in India and later debuting to their home country. Realme within a year has obtained a lot of sales and hence as acquired market share of India. Reports confirms that the users of Realme Smartphones are below 30, so the new models are more focusing on youth.
There were pretty much rumours on the Realme X and finally it went live today. They also launched Realme X Lite which is the remarketed Realme 3 Pro. Technically the differences between Realme X and Realme X Lite is narrow.
Realme X is a no notch display without any cut-outs and has a front mechanised popup camera. It spots a huge 6.53 inch FHD+ AMOLED display coupled with an in-display fingerprint sensor protected under Gorilla Glass 5. The company claims that the sensor is more faster and reliable than the first gen sensors. Moreover the front camera will also pop-up for unlocking the device.
Talking about the optics it has a 48MP sony imx sensor coupled with a 5MP depth sensor. To the front it has a pop-up camera of 16MP Sony imx 471 sensor. This is the same sensor of the front camera in OnePlus 7/ 7 Pro. It is powered by the same Snapdragon 710 with 4/6/8GB of RAM. It charges via type c over the micro usb. It has same VOOC charging technology and is packed by 3750 mah of battery.
The device runs on Android Pie onboard on top of color os 6. The Realme X is priced at 1,499 Yuan ($220) for the 4GB/64GB option, 1,599 Yuan ($235) for the 6GB?64GB edition, and 1,799 Yuan ($260) for the 8GB/128GB model. The first sale starts on May 20 in China. The device is it’s way on to India and other markets.

Realme X Lite
As said above there is also a device named Realme X Lite which is powered by Snapdragon 710. It has a waterdrop cutout up front instead of the no notch display in Realme X. The Realme X Lite spots a 6.3-inch FHD+ display coupled with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. It is packed by a 4045mah battery with VOOC 3.0 flash charging. The company says that the phone will charge up to 60% within an hour even with the screen on.
It spots a 16MP Sony IMX 519 sensor, and to the front you get a 25MP sensor. The device is set to go on sale in China for 1,199 Yuan ($175) for the version with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage, 1,299 Yuan ($190) for the 6GB/64GB model, and 1,499 Yuan ($220).
