The latest smartphone from Realme, the Realme 3 is going to be launched in India soon, and the company has released an official teaser about the imminent Indian launch of the device. The Realme 3 was first teased earlier this year and was said that it will be launched within the first quarter of 2019. Now, the company has kept their promise and is all set to launch the smartphone soon.
While the teaser image leaves no doubt that the device is coming soon, Realme has kept silent about the specifications of the Realme 3. The tweet made by the official twitter handle of Realme simply goes with the caption: “Let’s see if you can put 1 and 2 together”.

And below is an image showing the retail boxes of the company’s previous two smartphones, the Realme 1 and Realme 2, with a “+” sign in between them, teasing the fans with the with the simple math, 1+2 = 3, ie, the Realme 3. If this alone is not enough, then by simply going through the official replies made to the comments for that post confirms that the Realme 3 is indeed the company’s next smartphone in India.
Even though the teaser is out, there isn’t any solid rumors or leaks about the specifications of the Realme 3 available yet. While Realme India CEO Madhav Sheth has said that the brand is working on a smartphone with 48MP camera, there is no confirmations or leaks available enough to believe that it will be the Realme 3.
In other news, Realme is planning to open retail stores in India in a bid to enter the smartphone market more aggressively. This comes in the wake of new Govt. regulations that prevents brands from making exclusive launches on e-commerce platforms.
Recently Realme India CEO Madhav has also said that they doesn’t see any values in launching smartphones with punch hole display or triple rear cameras, and are concentrated on the 5000-20000INR segment.
Eventhough the brand is relatively new in the Indian market, the numbers shows that they have put enough homework and is making momentum. Reports says that Realme sold 4 Million smartphones in the first 7 months in 2018.
