The leaked press render reveals the design aspect of the smartphone. It has sleek bezels on the sides and a small chin at the bottom with an earpiece integrated at the top bezel. The rear of the smartphone sports a gradient design with a dual camera setup paired with a LED flash. The cameras are placed in a dedicated strip with the LED flash placed on top. The OPPO F11 pro looks quite similar to the upcoming Vivo 15 Pro . The main highlight or similarity between the two smartphones will be the pop-up selfie camera. Vivo already confirmed the V15 Pro to have the world’s first 32MP selfie camera while the OPPO F11 Pro is rumoured to come with the same setup.
From earlier reports, the OPPO F11 Pro is rumoured to come with a 48MP primary CMOS image sensor in the dual camera setup. The reports suggest that it will have the same camera functionality as the Redmi Note 7 i.e. ability to take photos in 12MP and using pixel binding technology to capture in 48MP.
The handset will sport a 6.5 inch display with a resoltion of 1080 x 2340 pixels. It is expected to be powered by a octa-core MediaTek Helio P70 chipset coupled with 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. The rear will have a 16MP + 20MP camera configuration while the front will offer a 24MP + 16MP setup. There will be a 4,500 mAh battery with support for Fast Charging by a USB Type C.
OPPO F11 Pro is expected to be priced under the 25K segment and could launch March 2019. Though it is lacking in terms of the camera specs compared to the V15 Pro, a lower price can give an edge to it. It will interesting to see how the two handsets will turn out after their official launches in the next few weeks. Stay tuned for more updates.
