The electronics giant BBK’s daughter OnePlus is all set to launch its next flagship i.e. the OnePlus 6T on 29th of this October (recent shift of date due to Apple). We know most of the things about the phone, thanks to the tons of leaks and reports we saw in the past, also to the extreme popularity of the phone due to OnePlus’s huge fan-base. Now just a few days before official launch, the device’s full spec sheet has leaked out along with its promotional material which does add some extra points to what we already know!
Taking a look at the freshly leaked spec sheet, it is evident that most of them are on-par with the previous leaks. The OnePlus 6T will come with a large 6.4-inch Optic AMOLED display with a Full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels in a 19.5:9 aspect ratio. The display will be further protected by the layer of the latest Corning Gorilla Glass 6, also, the phone will bear an impressive screen-to-body ratio of 86%, due to the little water drop notch which houses the front camera. Moreover, there will be an Optical Fingerprint scanner underneath the display to be used for unlocking the phone.
Powering the phone will be the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC along with Adreno 630 GPU at its core, same as the OnePlus 6, with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. There won’t be any MicroSD card slot on the phone, barring the previous reports which hinted at the possibility of same.
In the Optics department, the OnePlus 6T will get the same camera setup from its predecessor, including a 16MP primary shooter paired with a secondary 20MP sensor, both having an aperture of f/1.7. It may turn out as a disappointment for those expecting an upgraded camera, although, the company is definitely going to amp up the game by its software processing including a wide range of useful camera features like the new Quick Capture to snap photos instantly, Portrait Mode, and super slo-mo video recording that too in HD resolution. On the other hand, the front will feature an upgraded 20MP shooter with f/1.7 aperture.
On the software front, it will run on Oxygen OS based on android Pie out of the box and will rely on a larger 3700mAh battery this time bundled with DashCharge. Unfortunately, it will lack the 3.5mm jack as confirmed earlier too. There won’t be any IP rating either, the device will also skimp on Wireless Charging. Lastly, the handset measures 157.5 x 74.9 x 8.2mm and weighs180 grams. You can further have a look at the marketing images to get a detailed info.
As per the previous reports, the OnePlus 6T will be sold in the US by T-Mobile, most likely to be followed by Verizon in addition to be sold as unlocked. The Europe pricing is tipped to be 579 EUR (roughly Rs. 48,000) for the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant. Also, there are speculations that the Indian pricing will be reminiscent to the OnePlus 6. Anyways, given that the launch is way too near, let us wait and watch. Till then, stay tuned.
New Samsung Galaxy S10E, S10 & S10+ Leaked Encased in Cases!
Samsung is gearing up for the launch of its flagship devices – the Samsung Galaxy S10 and the S10+. Surprisingly, we have got information regarding the existence of another model in the Galaxy S10 which is named the Galaxy S10E.
Popular tipster Evleaks has come up with renders which claim to be the final design of these upcoming flagship devices. The renders are with a protective case applied on them. Take a look at the tweet:

According to the renders, it is clear that the punch-hole camera design, also known as the Infinity-O display will be seen on all the three devices. The rear cameras are horizontally stacked on all the three devices, just like the ones that we have seen earlier on the Note9.
It appears like the Galaxy S10E will be the cheapest of the three devices judging by the placement of dual rear cameras instead of triple cameras. There will be triple rear cameras on the Galaxy S10 and Galaxy S10+. If a closer look is taken, we can notice the presence of dual front cameras in the S10+ which were revealed by the handset’s public appearance a few days back.
The 3C certification revealed that the brand will unveil a total of five variants of the Galaxy S10 and the S10 combined which goes by the model numbers SM-690F, SM-G975F, SM-G073F, SM-G9730 and SM-G9750. An in-display fingerprint scanner and 3D facial scanning are expected to be equipped on these upcoming flagships.
A reverse charging technology named Powershare, similar to the Huawei Mate 20 Pro is rumoured to be present on both the devices. It will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 in the US while the other markets will get the Exynos 9820 version. A 5G model of the Galaxy S10 will also be unveiled in the event. The event will take place on the 20th of February. Till then, stay tuned for updates.
Samsung Galaxy M10 & M20 Pricing Leaked, Starts at just Rs.8,990!
South Korean smartphone giant Samsung is about to unveil its latest M series of devices in India. They have officially announced the launch date of these new devices through Amazon listing a few days back. The devices will be announced on the 28th of this month.
The brand aims to make a comeback and regain the reputation on the budget segment with these new devices. As reported earlier, the new devices in the Galaxy M series will feature Infinity V Displays. In case you are not aware of, it is the term Samsung has kept for the waterdrop shaped notch that we have seen previously in several Chinese smartphones in the past.
Both the Galaxy M10 and M20 packs some decent specifications. Till now, we knew that the brand would price these devices aggressively in order to cope up with other Chinese competitors in the segment like Xiaomi and Realme. Today, leaks have emerged online revealing the pricing of these handsets.
If the sources are to be believed, the price of the Samsung Galaxy M10 will start from Rs 8,990 while the Samsung Galaxy M20 will be priced starting Rs 12,990. Two variants are expected for the M10 and the lower variant is expected to be selling for this price.
The Galaxy M10 is expected to come with a 6.2-inch LCD Infinity-V display powered by Exynos 7872 chipset, 2/3 GB of RAM and 3,400 mAh battery along with 13 MP + 5 MP rear camera setup and a 5 MP front camera. There will be 32 GB of internal storage and it will run on Android Oreo with Samsung’s UI on top.
The more expected device is indeed the Galaxy M20. It will come with a 6.3-inch Full HD+ 19:5:9 display of 2340 x 1080 pixel resolution. It will be powered by Exynos 7885 processor with Mali-G71 GPU. It is also expected to come in two variants offering either 3 GB RAM and 32 GB of internal storage or 4 GB RAM and 64 GB of internal storage.
Both handsets were previously rumoured to come with Android Pie but it seems like they would rather launch with older Android 8.1 Oreo. A dual 13 MP + 5 MP rear camera along with 8 MP front camera is expected on the handset along with a massive 5000 mAh battery. Stay tuned for further updates.

The Redmi Note 7 was launched earlier this month with a 48MP and SD 660 chipset. The Note 7 Pro will also sport a 48MP camera but with a Sony’s IMX 586 sensor. Under the hood, it is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 chipset.
The SD 675 is placed between the SD 660 and SD 710 and will be slightly powerful than the SD 710. However, to keep the price in check, Qualcomm embedded it will a slower GPU, less capable ISP and 11nm cost effective manufacturing process. Yet to officially launched, the handset will probably cost between Rs 14,500 – Rs 15,000 in the Indian market.
The Redmi Note 7 was available in 3/32GB, 4/64GB and 6/64GB configuration. The Pro version might go with the 6/128GB and 8/256GB configuration. It may be backed by the same 4,000 mAh battery with Qualcomm Quick Charge 4. It sports a 6.3-inch FHD+ LTPS display and a 13MP selfie camera.
Xiaomi has not yet given an official launch date but if this leak is genuine, we may see a teaser soon.
