A few days ago live images of the upcoming LG W10 was leaked online, revealing it’s design and some specs. Now, a listing on the Android Enterprise website sheds light into some of the key specifications of the LG W10. As we said earlier, the LG W10 is the base model of LG’s recently announced W series smartphones.
The recently leaked live image revealed that the W10 will be having a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner and a dual camera setup in the rear. It also had the 3.4mm audio jack which many manufacturers are opting to ditch nowadays.
According to the listing in the Android Enterprise website, the LG W10 will be having a 6.2inch display. It will be backed by 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. It will be running on Android 9 Pie out of the box as per the listing. The listing confirms that the W10 will have fingerprint sensor, once again confirming that the recently leaked live image is of W10 itself. Also, it doesn’t have NFC support, which indicates that it will be a base model.
The listing has an image of a smartphone with a wide notch in the display. But, upon closer inspection, one can understand that it is the LG G7 Fit, and not the W10. The real W10 comes with a waterdrop notch as shown in LG’s marketing for the W series. So we guess that Android Enterprise might have simply used the image of LG G7 Fit as a placeholder since the actual image is not available.
From the previous leak, it is obvious that it will have a curvy real panel design. LG has succeeded in not letting any word spill about the key specifications of the phone. Even though LG hasn’t announced the launch date yet, looking at the number of leaks, we guess that it might be anytime soon. The LG W10 will be first launched in India.
