After Huawei launched the world’s first triple rear camera smartphone Huawei P20 Pro, Samsung launched its Galaxy A7 (2018) with triple camera setup at the back. Now, it seems Lenovo will be joining the same bandwagon as a new Lenovo smartphone with three rear cameras were spotted in Chinese regulatory agency TENAA. The device sports a widescreen display with a waterdrop notch and a circular fingerprint sensor at the rear.
The device comes with model number L78071 and has a triple rear camera setup arranged on a vertical arrangement on the top left of the smartphone. The display measures 6.3 inch with a resolution of FHD+. It is backed by a 3,210 mAh battery and measures 156.7 x 74.5 x 7.8 mm.
The design of the device is different from that of the recently launched Lenovo smartphones like S5 Pro and K5 Pro.The handset was previously certified from National Radio Administration (NRA) and seems to be a flagship smartphone because of the triple cameras.
As for the launch and availability, the smartphone is expected to be launched by the end of this year which means it may be the last flagship from the brand this year. The company is also working on a 5G phone powered by the SD 855 that was revealed to be launched by the end of this year or beginning of 2019. Lenovo has also joined hands with LG display for the development of a 13.3 inch foldable panel with 2560 x 1600 inch resolution whose production is slated to begin during the third quarter of 2019.
