Chinese smartphone manufacturer iTel Mobile has launched their latest device, the iTel A44 Power in the Indian market, and is a successor to iTel A44 & A44 Pro, which was launched earlier in India. itel Mobile is a part of Chinese smartphone manufacturer Transsion Holdings, which also owns brands such as Infinix and Tecno in India. The A44 Power is priced at Rs.5,999 in India.

Looking at the specifications, the A44 Power does pack some punch for the price, with a massive 4,000mAh battery, dual rear camera setup, selfie flash, and so on. Coming to the display segment, it sports a 5.45 inch FWGA+ display with a resolution of 480×960 pixels and an 18:9 aspect ratio. It draws its power from a 4,000mAh battery as said above, and is powered by a 64-bit quad-core processor clocked at up to 1.4GHz, and coupled with 1GB of RAM.

In the front there is a 2MP shooter accompanied by a flash, for taking better selfies in the low light. The A44 Power runs on Android 8.1 Oreo Go edition, which is specifically made for devices with low RAM capacity. The Go edition ensures that users can do seemless multy tasking while staying within the 1GB RAM, which may otherwise seems quiet inadequate for the normal android versions.

The itel A44 Power has 8GB of internal storage which can be expanded upto 32GB via a microSD card. It has dual sim card slots and supports 4G VoLTE. It also comes with the reverse charging feature, which lets the users make use of its massive 4,00mAh battery for charging other devices, as a powerbank.

The device will become available across India from November 19 onwards. It will be available in Aqua Blue, Champagne Gold, and Deep Grey colour variants. The A44 Power comes after a considerable break from itel. While there is no launch offers announced for the A44 Power, it comes with a 100-day replacement warranty.
