Honor already teased the launch of their next flagship Honor Note 10 in China. So it logical that the device will appear on a few benchmarking sites before launch. And as expected it was spotted in GeekBench with model number HUAWEI RVL-AL09 which matches with its codename Ravel. The device was also previously certified by Chinese certification authority.
Take a look at the listing:
The listing reveals that the phablet is powered by an unknown chipset with 8 cores clocked at 1.84 GHz. This is likely the HiSilicon Kirin 970 chipset present on Huawei Honor 10. It is coupled with 6GB RAM and runs on the latest Android 8.1 Oreo. It managed to score 1901 points in the single core test while maintain a 6818 points on the multi-core test. The scores are almost on the same level as the Huawei P20 pro.
This points to a hefty flagship with top level specs. The President of Honor himself revealed in Chinese media platform Weibo that they would be making a larger version of the Honor 10 and be will be using the device for a while. From earlier reports, we know that the Honor Note 10 will feature a massive 6.9 2K (1,440p) Super AMOLED display which is supplied by Samsung. There was also a rumour of the device being backed by a 6,000 mAh battery which turned out to be fake. A couple of live-images of the device was leaked earlier this week showing a glossy glass back with dual rear cameras stacked in a vertical position in the middle, reminding the Huawei Mate 10 Pro.
The last Note smartphone was launched two years back after which the Note 9 was skipped. The company is expected to return with a bang and bring some innovative tech not seen before. The new Weibo teaser hints that the device’s launch is around the corner.
Redmi Note 7, Redmi Note 7 Pro & Redmi Go to Launch Soon in the Indian market
Xiaomi’s sub-brand Redmi launched its Redmi Note 7 smartphone last week in China. The Chinese manufacturer has already confirmed that it will be launching the Redmi note 7 Pro smartphone next month. The company is also rumoured to launch the Redmi Go Android Go smartphone.
Now, according to a new report, the Redmi Note 7, Redmi Note 7 Pro and the Redmi Go will launch in India before the end of first quarter. This claim is in line with the recent leak by tipster Ishan Agarwal.
The Redmi Note 7 was launched in China last week and is expected to be the successor to the Redmi Note 5 in the Indian market. Compared to its predecessor the Note 7 is a huge upgrade in many areas which means the Redmi Note 7 could be priced higher. The smartphone features a 6.3 inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of FHD+ (2340 x 2080 pixels) and an aspect ratio of 19:5:9. It houses a 14nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 AIE octa-core chipset paired with an Adreno 512 GPU.

It will house an 11nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 octa-core chipset which will be superior to Note 7’s SD 660. The handset comes at a price tag of CNY 1,499 (Rs 15,750 approx) in China.
As for the Redmi Go smartphone, there is not much information available about it. The handset was recently certified by various agencies including the FCC, EEC and SIRIM Malaysia. It is rumoured to come with a 5.9 inch display and run Android 9 Pie Go Edition out of the box.

As per Wall Street Journal report, the phone will be launched somewhere in February. The device is said to be exclusive for Verizon in the US.

Reports suggest that the phone will be powered by the Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 855, the most powerful chip in the market and will be coming with a foldable OLED screen. However the screen will not break or crease. This is all about the information we’ve got about the device.
The less interesting part of high end devices, the pricing, as said earlier the phone is supposed to be priced at $1500.

Adding to this, Wall Street Journal reported that the company would manufacture 200,000 units, so there wouldn’t be a massive availability for the device. Summing it up we can understand that the device is going to be a Limited edition one, and will be a pretty pricey one.
