According to the poster which was posted on the twitter handle of HTC apparently shows that their upcoming flagship device is going to be unveiled on 23rd of May,2018. In that poster, they also illustrated all the elements that will be present in the device. However, there is a catch, the poster didn’t specifically indicates which device they will uncover on that very date.
Apart from that the tweet that was gone live on their Twitter handle earlier today, “A masterpiece, the whole, holds much more than the sum of its parts… more we will show you on the 23rd of May.” also translates that the device will come well equipped with cutting-edge specs, which can be more relatable to the specs which were leaked out along with the hands-on images that gone live around a week back.
Take a look at the tweet:

Moreover, seeing their recently leaked hands-on images of the HTC U12+, we can be sure that the device has the potential to become a masterpiece like they say it is.
According to the specs as its already shown will be having the all-new Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 chipset, with X20 LTE modem, based on 10nm processing technology paired with 6GB RAM and a choice of 64GB or 128GB internal storage configuration.
The device has a hybrid sim slot, which in other way means it will also be expandable with a micro sd if the dual sim isn’t inserted. However, it is worth to mention that the device with a squeezable display won’t be occupied with the notch which is nowadays found in many flagship devices. Besides that as their tweet suggests it will have dedicated AI capabilities coupled with Google Assistant out of the box. But according to the previous leaks, the device will not include a 3.5mm headphone jack out of the box so, users have to be confined to USB type-C port. Adding to that another significant fact is that the device will hold a mirror-like glass finish, as per the live images.
The phone will be running on android 8.0 oreo, along with HTC’s Edge UI which is also expected to support Google’s project Treble out of the box. Let’s wait till the official release of the phone to know more about the phone!
