Honor’s upcoming phone, Honor V20 is supposedly arriving on 26th of this month, but yet, we’re seeing more leaks ahead of its launch. This time, it’s the retail box that has been leaked, and it confirms a face unlock feature. The leaked image of the box showcases the front portion of it, without much info being exposed. And this front portion, gives us an info about the face unlock.
Few hours ago, a post on Weibo gave us a look at one of the first live images of the Honor V20 and an idea about the AnTuTu benchmark scores. It shows an overall score of 291,244, where, the CPU score is listed as 106,755, GPU score is 109,251, UX score is 64,574, and MEM score is 10,664. The scores seem to be decent so far and there is no sign of any benchmark boostings done.
The post claims that the device will be powered by the Huawei’s 7nm chipset Kirin 980, coupled with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of UFS2.1 flash storage. It’s also been said that the phone’s housing a massive 48MP rear shooter and images that claim to be taken from this camera has been taking rounds in the internet.
As far as the previous reports say, the phone has Link Turbo, 22.5W fast-charging, and runs on EMUI 9 based on Android 9.0 Pie, out of the box. As of now, nothing has been officially confirmed so far, and official specifications are still under the hood. Whilst the reports suggest that the chinese launch is scheduled to go live on the day after christmas, the global launch is still a month way and is supposed to take place in France on January 22nd.
