Honor has announced the launch of a limited edition version of Honor 7X smartphone ahead of the Valentines day. The limited edition devices will come in a striking Red color. Only 20,000 pieces of the device will be sold. It will be available in US, Russia, India, the UK, France, Germany, Italy, and Spain.
The limited edition version comes as a Valentines day special, and will go on sales just ahead of the Valentines day on February 14. The pre-ordering of the limited edition Honor 7X will soon begin in the online official store of the company.
As for now, the pricing of the limited edition is unknown. But it is obvious that it will be priced slightly above the regular Honor 7X. The first 100 customers who buys the limited edition from the countries mentioned above will also receive a Red co-branded Honor-Monster AM15 headphones as a special gift.
The Honor 7x is a feature packed smartphone, powered by a Kirin 659 Octa-core processor, packed with 4GB of RAM. Its available with two internal storage option, 32GB and 64GB respectively. It supports expandable storage upto 256GB through MMC. But one down side is that it features a hybrid sim slot, which forces the user to ditch memory card when using two sims.
In the camera department, there is a dual camera setup in the rear, consisting of a 16MP and 2MP cameras. There is an 8MP front camera for taking selfies. The device packs a 3340mAh battery, and runs on android Nougat 7.1.1 out of the box.
The smartphone is currently available in three colors options. Blue, Black and Gold. The normal version of Honor 7X is currently available at price starting from 12,999Rs in India. The limited edition version is expected to be received well by the fans.
