ASUS ZenFone Max Pro M2 might come with Triple Cameras on the Back!



ASUS is rumoured to release a new smartphone in the mid-range segment. The alleged handset is reported to be the successor of the Zenfone Max Pro M1 launched earlier this year. The company is yet to announce anything about the handset but famous tipster Roland Quandt today revealed that the upcoming ZenFone Max Pro M2 may sport three-camera setup in the rear and added that the launch of the smartphone is around the corner.

Quandt posted this on his twitter handle @rquandt that ASUS ZenFone ZB634Kl will sport triple camera setup in the rear). The device with this model number is speculated to be a variant of the Zenfone Max Pro M2. He further adds that the ZB634KL and ZB631KL models of the Zenfone Max Pro M2 will offer triple cameras at the back which means the other variant will likely get a dual camera setup.

Details about the Zenfone Max Pro M2 is scarce but the device made an appearance in the EEC last month which revealed that it will ship with a dated Android Oreo out  of the box. It is yet to be seen whether the company will be providing with Qualcomm SD 636 or go more a more powerful SD 660 chipset. The RAM and internal storage is expected to be the same as the Zenfone Max Pro M1. It will compete against the Samsung Galaxy A7 (2018) which also come with triple cameras at the rear.

The Taiwanese manufacturer is also reported to be working on Zenfone Max M2 smartphone which was also spotted on the EEC site bearing model number ZB633KL. The launch of the handset isn’t expected to happen until next year but we expect to hear about the Zenfone Max Pro M2 soon.
