Earlier this week Asus announced the Zenfone Max Pro at the press conference hosted by Flipkart. The strategic partnership would see Asus developing devices exclusively tailored for the Indian market. The smartphone will be exclusively available via Flipkart starting from April 23, 2018.  The phone is also expected to debut in Indonesia alongside the India depending on the availability. Despite hosting a huge conference they did not reveal any specifications of the phone during the launch event. But thankfully it’s out now.

Take a look at the leaked specs list of the phone:

The Asus Zenfone Max Pro (M1) will come with a 6 inch Full View display, with an aspect ratio of 18:9. It will come with a 16 MP camera sensor on the front accompanied by a soft light LED which will also support the Face Unlock functionality. This shouldn’t be a surprise as Asus had earlier confirmed it. As per Asus’s Indonesia instagram page, the phone is expected to come with a dual camera setup on the rear, thus moving along with the trend.

Coming to the performance sector it will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 processor. The phone will be available in two variants, the base variant with 4GB of RAM and 32GB of internal memory and the higher variant with 6GB RAM and 64GB of memory. The device also supports a dual sim card, which has now become the standard in most phones.

Being a 6 inch smartphone means just one thing- battery drain. But it doesn’t look like Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M1) will have issues, as it is coming with a massive 5000 mAh battery which can keep it in check for hours together.Which is probably one of the many highlights of the phone.

The Asus Zenfone Max Pro (M1) will be the first Asus phone to deliver pure Android experience, which means it will on stock Android Oreo out of the box. Other specs include, fingerprint scanner, five magnet speaker and facial recognition in the camera.
