Asus Zenfone 6 Leaked in Video & Images! Reveals it’s Dual Slider Design.

Asus is scheduled to launch the Asus Zenfone 6 on May 16 in Spain. Ahead of its launch, the smartphone is revealed in two videos which show a dual-slider design.

From the first video, we can see the dual selfie camera setup on the device that is revealed when the slider is pulled down. After sliding it up, the front-facing speakers can be seen. The display comes with no notch while the rear houses a dual camera setup below the fingerprint sensor. The bottom side has a USB Type-C port with the 3.5mm headphone jack residing on its left.

In the second video, the Zenfone 6 seems to sport a bit boxier design but the slider is present here as well. You can access the selfie camera by sliding it down and the camera controls by sliding it up. The rear has the dual camera setup combined with a fingerprint sensor. The bottom of the phones houses a USB Type-C port flanked by two grills that houses a speaker and a microphone.

The company shared an image yesterday confirming the Zenfone 6 will come with a headphone jack located at the bottom of the phone. Since we don’t see it on the second video, it means either the video is fake or the handset will be available with two different versions.

ASUS in the tweet confirmed that the Zenfone 6 will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855. The teaser with a ‘Keep the essentials’ theme informs that it will have triple slots to use two SIM cards along with a microSD card, a notification LED and an additional Smart Key button. According to rumors, the smartphone will come with a 48MP + 13MP sensor combination on the rear. It is said to be backed by a massive 5,000 mAh battery. Other suggested specs include FHD+ display, 128GB/256GB/512GB internal storage and 8GB/12GB RAM.

There is less than a week till the launch where the specification, price, and availability will be officially revealed. Till then, keep tuned.
