We all were hearing the rumors of Samsung’s foldable phone for a long time now (they even showed off a prototype!). The leaks and rumours has been going to true as the company officially confirmed about the same. The phone would be called as Galaxy X, which would be launching this year. Samsung is already launching Galaxy S10 series of devices in the MWC which is on February 2019. The foldable device would launch after this. Following this trend reports say that Xiaomi is working on a foldable phone and today we’ve got a leaked video on the same.
Leaks say that Xiaomi is working on a foldable phone however there is no confirmation by the company on this. Evan Blass posted a video in Twitter on Thursday, saying that it could be Xiaomi’s foldable phone. Blass, however is not sure about the authenticity of the video. He mentioned in the post that “ I can’t speak on the authenticity of the video or the phone, but it’s allegedly made by Xiaomi, I’m told. Hot new phone or Glgadget porn deep fake?”

There is no word from Xiaomi about the authenticity of the video. Other bring brands like Samsung and LG are going to launch a foldable phone this year. The nineteen second video shows that the device can be used as both tablet and as a smartphone. Overall the device looks cool with slim bezzels all over the sides. There are high chances of the device being Xiaomi because the icons are pretty the same of MIUI.
The alleged foldable phone appears to be flexible enough and is divided into 3 different screens for using as a tablet and also as a smartphone. The video shows that the device can be foldable in both the sides i.e right and left. On closing the sides, the device can be used a smartphone and while opening the sides the device can be used as a tablet. The screen on the front of the device looks big in the video. Apparently this will change the brand image of Xiaomi.

Mi 9T Gets Certified in Thailand, Possibly a Pro Version of Mi 9!
Xiaomi sub-brand Mi has launched the flagship Mi 9 and variants such as Mi 9 Transparent Edition and Mi 9 SE earlier in 2019. These smartphones are yet to be launched in the major global markets but the Chinese manufacturer is already preparing for its next smartphone in the series: the alleged Mi 9T.
An unnamed Mi series smartphone with model number M190310G received certification from the NBTC regulatory database in Thailand. This is not the first time the smartphone has been spotted as it has already been certified by numerous regulatory agencies in the past like NCC, EEC, IMDA and FCC. The smartphone is speculated to be none other than the Xiaomi Mi 9T.
From the NTBC certification, there is much information about the device apart from its model number. However, the certification hints that it could be launch sometime soon. The company is yet to officially confirm the phone or release any teaser, which we expect to happen soon.
